Patti serves as Crosby Financial Group’s Director of Operations. In this role, she works with clients, manages the office, and ensures that client accounts are regularly reviewed and optimized. She works closely with Steve to maintain the firm’s strong relationships with underwriters and partners and to plan and execute client appreciation events. She has more than 20 years of operations experience in the utilities, health/wellness, and professional services sectors and enjoys singing with the Westborough Community Chorus, serving on town committees, and cheering on her children in their sports and artistic endeavors.
